Licensing

Your brand. Your extruder. My designs.

I do not make or sell products. I license the designs and the knowledge behind them to manufacturers who do.

From first contact to licence
  1. Request

You tell me who you are, what you make and where you sell.

  2. Mutual NDA

The designs are unpublished. We both sign a short, mutual NDA under Dutch law.

  3. Portfolio

You receive the ten designs, the applications per market and the outline of the licence.

  4. Conversation and term sheet

Which designs, which markets, which countries. One page with the terms.

  5. Licence

The contract, registered with EUIPO. Know-how follows in two stages: at signing and at a milestone.

The licence in short
  • WhatTen EU design applications, filed 15 September 2026, and the related know-how
  • BrandWhite label. Your name on your product
  • ProductionYour own extrusion partner, your own dimensions
  • FeeEntry fee, royalty per metre of extruded profile, annual minimum
  • ExclusivityPer country and per application, linked to the minimum
  • LicensorKael Holding B.V., the Netherlands

Do we have to use the Thermo Totems name?

No. You sell it under your own brand.

Can we see the designs first?

After the NDA. The applications are unpublished, and they stay that way until a licensee goes to market.

Is there a patent?

No patent is part of the licence. It rests on the EU design applications and the know-how behind them.
